Eats
something which you wouldn't normally consider edible. Walls, vehicles, weapons,
people, etc. Weaker creatures (or more powerful beings already in a weakened
state) are swallowed outright. Stronger beings take a large amount of damage. He
can add the HP or MP (not both) of swallowed opponents to his own. Opponents who
he's only taken a bite out of only take partial loss of HP or MP (depending on
which he chooses). This attack can be negated by feeding him a
materia.
Limit Break (Level 1):

He's just too cute. You couldn't
possibly hurt him. This limit break bring Kizn's normal abilities to an
incredible level, such that even in the middle of combat Kizn could reduce a
violent maniac to going "Aww..." This has a finite duration
however...

Works like Muchies, only he can
swallow larger objects / more powerful creatures.

Background Story:
Pao Pat Mei Kizn is one of many projects to come out of ShinRa's genetic laboratories. Despite many impressive features, he was thrown out due to one flaw. Thrown out, not eliminated, not locked in a cell for years before making a dramatic escape, simply thrown out back with the trash.
His fatal flaw was that he was cute. Furry, with big floppy ears, an adorable button nose, and feline features. If you've seen Tenchi Muyo you know what I'm talking about. The review board thought that he was a practical joke on the part of the team of engineers that had designed him. His creators were demoted and he was thrown out.
Despite his appearances, Kizn is a dangerous being. His lightning fast reflexes and pointy teeth make him capable of ripping out the throats of three men before you can say "Run away!"
However, his most impressive feature is what the ShinRa research team termed a 'non phase specific metabolic system with a transfinite limit'. In other words, he can eat virtually anything in large amounts, and often does. Karine has dubbed this 'StomachSpace'. Since Kizn lacks opposable thumbs, his materia are stored in StomachSpace.
While his abilites and appearance might make him an ideal assassin, he is actually a rather sociable creature (despite liking to eat people occaisionally) and enjoys the company of people. Especially in regards to attractive females. This flaw comes from his rabbit genes. It can be quite disturbing to a young woman when a cute furry thing suddenly becomes 'overly affectionate'. He often tries to take advantage of his cuteness, and can quite contentedly while away the hours sitting in a the lap of a beautiful woman, purring. He is also in the habit of acting dumber than he actually so people will underestimate him (his appearance encourages this).
He was 'recruited' by the Other because it felt a sort of vague kinship with him. Kzin and the Other are to a large extent defined by their hunger. Kizn serves the Other due to the promise of a massive reward; the Other's Leftovers. When the Other devours the world, Kizn will get its crumbs. Even a small fraction of a world's power is still an extremely large amount. Enough for Kizn to be satisfied.
He met Karine almost by accident (though it is likely he was
influenced by 'subtle hints' from the Other). In a moment of feline curiousity
he wondered into Karine's cabin, and fell asleep. By the time he woke up, the
ship had already left. Since she's tolerant of cute things, Karine has allowed
him to accompany her since then.
