her wings, sending a barrage of feathers towards the enemy and causing
a lot of damage.

Background story:
In a cruel world, everyone needs a friend...Caffeine
is the faithful friend and companion of Synthesis. She was raised from
an egg by him, and rarely left his side; she's one of the few living things
he has any compassion for. She's very loyal to Synthesis, although she
occasionally questions his ideas. The fact that her verbal capabilities
usually consists of "Wark! Waark wark! Woheeho!" means communication is
limited, but Synthesis usually understands what she says after a few false
starts.
Caffeine is highly intelligent, far above that of a common chocobo, and can in some areas outthink even humans. She's incredibly fast (she has a brilliant pedigree), able to run at speeds of 280 mps for long periods without exhausting herself. As a black chocobo, she's capable of crossing all sorts of hard terrain and even most forms of water, save oceans. Caffeine also has a very good sense of direction, a good thing seeing as Synthesis seems to have contracted Ryouga's Syndrome a while back.
Caffeine is a good-natured chocobo, sensible yet fun-loving. She has more common sense than Synthesis and is more up to date on current events, but she lets him decide on actions unless it's something she's VERY concerned about.
Unlike Synthesis, Caffeine is a very social person and loves to meet people, especially if they have greens or materia for her, or are just friendly in general. She dislikes people who consider her to be just an animal, and woe to the person who thinks he/she can steal her... ouchies.
Caffeine hopes to one day participate in the Chocobo Races. She also wants to collect lots of cool materia.

Well, here she is, in all her glory: Caffeine.
People must think I'm nuts to make an avatar who is a chocobo, but I did
it anyway. Then, when I planned to enter Syn into the Fategame, I thought
to myself: Wouldn't it be really cool for him to have a chocobo accompanying
him? So I put her in his profile... and then I decided to make her a character
in the Game as well. Isn't she cute? And trendy black, too. Congrats to
anyone who can figure out why I named her "Caffeine".
